Karachi: On the occasion of Air Force Day, Sindh Provincial Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah paid rich tribute to the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), calling its role in the 1965 war an extraordinary example of courage, bravery, and determination that remains a golden chapter in national history.
He said the PAF not only foiled enemy designs but also uplifted the morale of the entire nation. The Minister highlighted that daring pilots like Air Commodore M.M. Alam, through their unmatched skill and valor, left everlasting marks in the annals of warfare. “The sacrifices of the PAF’s falcons are a source of pride for the entire nation and remind us that the defence of the motherland is our foremost duty,” he added.
Syed Nasir Hussain Shah further noted that the Pakistan Air Force, through modern technology, advanced training, and professional expertise, continues to strengthen the country’s defence capabilities. He emphasized that the nation is proud of its brave falcons who always stand firm in the defence of Pakistan during testing times.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment, the Minister said: “The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the Armed Forces of Pakistan, and those who cast an evil eye on our beloved homeland will always face defeat.”
