Zimbabwe to Open Honorary Consulate in Karachi
During the meeting, Ambassador Basutu officially invited Governor Tessori to attend the inauguration ceremony of Zimbabwe’s Honorary Consulate in Karachi as the chief guest. The Governor accepted the invitation with appreciation, expressing support for initiatives that strengthen ties with African nations.

Governor Tessori highlighted Pakistan’s potential for foreign investment, particularly in Sindh. He encouraged African countries, including Zimbabwe, to explore trade and investment prospects in Pakistan. He also stressed the importance of fostering stronger people-to-people and commercial relations.
