Karachi: Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon stressed the importance of road safety. He urged citizens to follow traffic rules as a commitment to humanity. Speaking as the chief guest at the Consumer Road Safety Award ceremony, Memon emphasized the need to save lives and prevent accidents.
Promoting Road Safety and Awareness
Memon encouraged citizens to respect traffic rules. He highlighted that road safety awareness should begin at a young age. “A few moments of haste can ruin lives and create difficulties for others,” he said. Memon announced the launch of an eco-friendly electric vehicle (EV) taxi service. This initiative will reduce pollution, create jobs, and promote sustainable transportation. He credited Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Asif Ali Zardari, and the Chief Minister for supporting mass transit expansion.
