Karachi: A prominent delegation of women entrepreneurs, led by Sahibzadi Mahin Khan, Founder President of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry Korangi (WCCIK) and All‑Pakistan Coordinator – BMP Progressive, met with Yang Yundong, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Karachi, to explore avenues for deeper cooperation in women’s entrepreneurship and bilateral trade.

The high-profile meeting focused on launching women exchange programs, developing SMEs and exporters, and establishing training centers tailored for women entrepreneurs. The delegation emphasized the need for transparent criteria for women’s participation in trade seminars and proposed a Women Entrepreneurs Leadership Delegation to China.

The women leaders urged Chinese officials to include women chambers in all major business exhibitions and trade activities, ensuring stronger women-to-women trade linkages between Pakistan and China.
