Karachi: The English Speaking Union of Pakistan (ESUP) hosted a successful meeting at the Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi, where Mr. Miles Young, Chairman of the English Speaking Union and Warden of Oxford University, UK, served as the keynote speaker.
The event, which attracted a diverse group of attendees including ESUP members, diplomats, and educationists, was highly engaging. Mr. Young not only emphasized the significance of higher education but also highlighted Oxford University’s renowned programs. Furthermore, he promoted the annual Public Speaking Competition, a key event of ESU International, where students from global chapters compete. As a result, the national winner from Pakistan will have the opportunity to represent the country in the international round held in London.
