Islamabad: Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital operator, and Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL), the country’s premier digital microfinance bank, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at advancing financial inclusion and digital empowerment across Pakistan. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the digital transformation of the nation’s financial services, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and expanding digital literacy.
The partnership introduces a pioneering women’s entrepreneurship initiative designed to empower female customers with crucial digital resources. As part of this program, women lenders will receive complimentary smartphones with Jazz SIMs, which include 12 months of free data and preloaded applications to facilitate seamless access to financial services.
Additionally, the collaboration features an innovative RRBT (Reverse Ring Back Tone) loan recovery campaign. This initiative will send personalized MMBL messages to customers during their calls, improving engagement by providing payment reminders and showcasing new products and services. This RRBT service aims to enhance customer communication and ensure a more informed and interactive user experience.
Kazim Mujtaba, President of the Consumer Division at Jazz, stated, “Our partnership with Mobilink Microfinance Bank highlights our dedication to innovation and customer-focused solutions. By leveraging our combined strengths, we are not only enhancing customer communication but also advancing women’s empowerment through digital inclusion and entrepreneurship. This initiative is a key component of our new ServiceCo model and our broader vision for a digitally inclusive Pakistan.”

Our collaboration with Jazz is a step forward in providing accessible and efficient financial services, particularly focusing on women’s financial empowerment and inclusion. By offering digital assets and promoting digital literacy, we aim to expand our reach and drive significant progress in financial inclusion across the country.”
Through this partnership, Jazz and Mobilink Microfinance Bank are equipping women lenders with essential digital skills to fully engage in the digital economy. Both organizations are committed to bridging the digital divide and promoting financial independence and inclusion for women across Pakistan. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to creating a more equitable and inclusive digital landscape.
