Karachi: In a vibrant display of creativity and cross-cultural collaboration, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Karachi, in partnership with e-Magine and Manzil Educational Organization School, hosted the ‘Junior Techies: Pak x Malaysia Meet-up 2025’ at Marriott Hotel, Karachi.
The event brought together 35 students from Manzil Educational Organization and children of the Consulate’s home-based staff (HBS). Participants were provided with robotic kits and tasked with building robotic creations within one hour, working in teams to explore their creativity and innovation.
Fostering Innovation and Global Friendship
Speaking at the event, the Consul General of Malaysia inspired the young participants with a message of empowerment and resilience.
“No matter where you come from, you have the power to make a difference,” he said.
He quoted a popular Malaysian song, ‘Standing in the Eyes of the World’, encouraging children to keep striving:
“Even when the world may not see us yet, we must keep standing strong, doing our best, and believing in ourselves. Because one day, with hard work and courage, the world will see us—and we will shine.”
Building a More Connected Future
The event reflects the Consulate’s ongoing efforts to engage with civil society and educational partners in Pakistan. The goal is to promote peace, mutual understanding, and opportunity for all, while nurturing future tech leaders and encouraging global friendships through education and technology.
