Karachi: Member of National Assembly and President of the Karachi Hockey Association (KHA), Khawaja Izhar ul Hassan, met with Chancellor Muhammad Akbar Ali Khan of Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology (SSUET) to discuss boosting student participation in sports and fostering a healthier campus environment.
The meeting, attended by KHA Senior Vice President Latafat Shah, Congress Member Junaid Aslam, international hockey player Muhammad Ali, and anchor Yahya Hussaini, focused on collaborative efforts to integrate sports more effectively into university life.
Sports as a Tool for Character Building
Khawaja Izhar ul Hassan highlighted the role of sports in shaping leadership, teamwork, and resilience among students.
