Karachi: Bank Alfalah, one of Pakistan’s leading commercial banks, has launched its redesigned website, positioning it as a complete end-to-end digital acquisition platform. The upgraded site is built to simplify customer journeys from product discovery to onboarding across both conventional and Islamic banking.
The new platform serves as a single hub for the bank’s offerings — including accounts, cards, loans, Roshan Digital Account (RDA), wealth management, SME, and agriculture financing — with seamless integration between its digital and physical touchpoints.
Key Features
- Streamlined onboarding: Customers can compare, apply, and track products with clearer calls to action.
- Smarter navigation: Enhanced search tools, upfront product benefits, fees, and eligibility details, plus integrated comparison features.
- Mobile-friendly design: Faster, more accessible interface with inclusive features.
- Integrated ecosystem: Smooth transitions between the website, Alfa App, branches, and call centres.
- Enhanced security: Stronger data protection and secure onboarding processes.
The website also highlights tailored solutions across personal and business accounts, lifestyle-focused cards, transparent financing options, flexible auto loans, investment pathways, and dedicated SME support. Overseas Pakistanis can access a consolidated Roshan Digital Account section for banking, investment, and remittance services.
Muhammad Yahya Khan, Chief Digital Officer at Bank Alfalah, said the redesign reflects the bank’s digital-first strategy.
“We designed every journey to help people find the right product, apply with confidence, and move forward on the web or in Alfa without friction,” he stated.
Bank Alfalah termed the launch a milestone in its push toward digital-first banking, with the new platform reinforcing its commitment to lead Pakistan’s transition to modern, tech-driven financial solutions.
