Karachi: Veteran banker and thought leader Sirajuddin Aziz launched his latest book, Corporate Success: Engaged Leadership – Insights & Strategies, at a prestigious ceremony held at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi. The event was attended by prominent business leaders, policymakers, academics, and professionals who celebrated this milestone contribution to corporate thought leadership.
Drawing on decades of banking and management experience, Aziz presents strategies centered on engagement, ethics, and resilience, which he identifies as the defining traits of successful leadership in today’s competitive global corporate environment.
State Bank of Pakistan Governor Jameel Ahmad, gracing the occasion as Chief Guest, congratulated the author and described the book as a timely exploration of leadership, human capital, and governance.

Delivering the keynote address, Senator Javed Jabbar, former Federal Minister, hailed the book as a prolific contribution, noting that Aziz’s tenth publication is “like scoring a century in cricket.” He also praised its breadth of 87 essays and endorsements from six former Governors of the State Bank of Pakistan.
Dr. Huma Baqai, Rector of the Millennium Institute of Technology & Entrepreneurship, lauded the book for combining practical corporate insight with academic rigor, making it a valuable resource for both professionals and students. Dr. Ikram Sehgal, Chairman of Pathfinder Group, highlighted the book’s guidance on corporate strategy and recalled Aziz’s leadership during times of crisis.
Speaking at the launch, Sirajuddin Aziz emphasized the role of empathy and vision in leadership: “Leadership today demands both insight and empathy. This book blends experience with principled engagement to help future leaders chart a sustainable corporate course.”
