Karachi/ Dubai, UAE: Pakistani actor Imran Ashraf lit up Dubai with his star power as he promoted his upcoming Punjabi comedy film Enna Nu Rehna Sehna Ni Aaunda. The promotional tour drew excitement among fans, community members, and media representatives, building anticipation ahead of the movie’s worldwide release.
Speaking at the press event, Ashraf expressed his deep connection with the city: “Dubai feels like a second home. The love, energy, and culture here make it the perfect place to connect with audiences before our worldwide release. We believe this film, with its comedy and heart, will truly connect with viewers everywhere.”
Known for his versatile performances and unconventional roles, Imran Ashraf is stepping into Punjabi cinema for the first time. Enna Nu Rehna Sehna Ni Aaunda tells the story of Kiran, a man living a quiet life in Canada whose world changes when a lively group of international students move in next door. With situational humor, witty dialogue, and cultural storytelling, the film is positioned as a family-friendly cross-border entertainer.
The movie features an ensemble cast from both Pakistan and India, blending talent across the Punjabi entertainment industry to deliver a diverse and relatable narrative.
The Dubai promotional event included a press conference and media Q&A session with Imran Ashraf, where he shared insights into the making of the film. The gathering also featured Dubai-based Pakistani celebrities, Emirati personalities, and leading entertainment journalists—further highlighting Dubai’s role as a hub for South Asian cinema.
